Privacy Policy

Montana Mixers, LLC

Revised October 19, 2026

Montana Mixers, LLC (“Montana Mixers,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of individuals who interact with our business. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect Personal Data in connection with our website at montana-mixers.com (the “Website”), product and service inquiries, requests for quotations, communications, events, and related business activities.

We seek to apply principles of transparency, purpose limitation, data minimization, appropriate security, and individual choice. This Policy describes our practices and choices available to individuals. Where applicable law provides additional rights or protections, those requirements govern.

In general, Montana Mixers determines the purposes and means of processing Personal Data collected for its own business activities and therefore acts as a controller where that term applies. In other contexts, our role may depend on the nature of the transaction and the parties involved.

1. Scope and Definitions

This Policy applies to Personal Data collected through the Website and our related business interactions, whether online or offline. It does not govern personal information that another organization independently collects and controls through its own website, platform, or service.

Personal Data means information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, such as a name, business email address, telephone number, or online identifier. Processing means any operation performed on Personal Data, including collection, use, storage, disclosure, modification, and deletion. A Controller determines the purposes and means of Processing; a Processor processes Personal Data on behalf of a Controller. Depending on context, other applicable privacy laws may use different terminology.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

Depending on your interaction with us, we may collect your name, business email address, telephone number, employer, job title, business address or location, and other professional contact details. We may also collect details about your mixing application, technical requirements, product interests, quotations, demonstrations, event or webinar registrations, requests for resources, and communications with our personnel.

We ask that you not submit passwords, government identification numbers, financial credentials, health information, or other sensitive Personal Data through ordinary Website forms or email unless specifically requested through an appropriate channel.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you access the Website or interact with our communications, we and providers supporting our Website may collect Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, approximate geographic location inferred from IP address, browser and device information, referring pages, visited pages, timestamps, navigation activity, clicks, scrolling, cookie identifiers, and other technical or usage information. Marketing communications may include technologies that indicate whether an email was opened or a link was selected. Some of this information may constitute Personal Data even when a visitor has not identified themselves by name.

2.3 Information from Other Sources

We may obtain business contact or company information from publicly available sources, professional contacts, event organizers, marketing and business intelligence providers, and parties who refer inquiries to us. Where technologies support company identification from Website activity, that information may be combined with other business contact information where permitted.

3. How We Use Personal Data

We process Personal Data for specified business purposes, which may include:

  • Responding to inquiries, evaluating technical applications, preparing quotations, arranging demonstrations, and providing product or customer support;
  • Managing business relationships, contact records, requested resources, events, and communications;
  • Sending product updates, educational resources, invitations, and marketing communications, consistent with applicable requirements and expressed preferences;
  • Operating, maintaining, securing, and improving our Website, information systems, and business processes;
  • Analyzing Website performance, campaign effectiveness, visitor interest, and engagement with our materials;
  • Providing relevant advertising, measuring conversions, and supporting remarketing where permitted;
  • Protecting against unauthorized activity, abuse, fraud, and security incidents; and
  • Meeting legal, regulatory, contractual, recordkeeping, and dispute-resolution obligations.

We seek to limit Personal Data to what is reasonably necessary for the stated purpose. We do not require you to provide optional information merely to browse publicly available Website content, although certain requests cannot be fulfilled without the relevant contact or technical details.

5. Cookies, Analytics, and Tracking Technologies

We and third-party providers may use cookies, tags, pixels, scripts, and comparable technologies for Website functionality, security, analytics, visitor identification, advertising, and engagement measurement. A cookie is a small data file that a website may store in a browser; technologies that do not place cookies can also collect online activity.

These technologies may serve different functions:

  • Essential technologies: support core Website operation, security, and protection against automated misuse;
  • Analytics and performance: help us understand visitor activity and improve Website content and functionality;
  • Marketing and advertising: measure campaigns, support audience development or remarketing, and evaluate advertising outcomes; and
  • Business visitor identification: help associate visits with organizations and, in some configurations, business contact information.

5.1 Third-Party Website and Marketing Providers

The following descriptions of our website technologies and marketing providers reflect our current understanding of the tools used by Montana Mixers. Information collected depends on each service and its configuration.

Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager

We use Google Analytics to understand website traffic and interactions, and Google Ads tools to measure advertising results and support remarketing. Google may receive online identifiers, device information and website activity. Google Tag Manager helps deploy tracking tags; the tags it deploys determine the associated data collection. Google may process information under its own privacy terms.

HubSpot

HubSpot provides our website forms, CRM and marketing tools. It stores submitted information and can use tracking cookies to record website visits. When you submit a form or click a tracked marketing email, available browsing activity may be associated with your contact record. Depending on account settings, HubSpot may also use tracking data to improve its services and commercial datasets.

Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand website behavior through heatmaps and session replay. It records interactions such as clicks, scrolling and navigation, along with device and browsing information, using cookies and similar technologies. We use these insights to improve website usability and content. Microsoft also processes this information as described in its privacy statement.

LinkedIn Insight Tag

Our website includes the LinkedIn Insight Tag. LinkedIn can collect visit information such as the page URL, referrer, IP address, device and browser characteristics, and time of visit. The tag supports audience insights, conversion measurement and remarketing, and LinkedIn may associate visits with its member information.

ZoomInfo WebSights

We use ZoomInfo to identify companies visiting our website and understand their interest in our content. Its website script collects visitor signals, including IP addresses and device and browsing information, and matches available signals with ZoomInfo data. Depending on the configuration and available matches, the technology may also collect or resolve business contact information, such as a business email address. ZoomInfo may process collected information for its own purposes under its privacy policy and the applicable service settings.

Google reCAPTCHA and Google Maps

Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam and automated abuse. Our contact page also includes Google Maps. These services may receive technical information, including your IP address and browser or device information, when they load or you interact with them.

Third parties may act as our service providers, independent controllers, or in other roles depending on the service, contractual terms, and processing activity. Their privacy practices and relevant options are described in their own published notices.

5.2 Cookie and Tracking Choices

You can use your browser settings to remove or block cookies and restrict certain tracking technologies. These settings may affect website features, and blocking cookies does not necessarily prevent every form of collection. You can also manage certain Google advertising preferences through Google My Ad Center and use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. LinkedIn and other providers offer additional choices through their account settings or privacy pages. Provider-specific choices do not necessarily stop all website tracking. You may contact us using Section 14 to request information about available choices or object to particular uses where applicable.

At present, the Website does not offer a centralized cookie consent or preference panel and is not configured to automatically respond to Global Privacy Control or similar browser-based preference signals. Analytics, advertising, and business visitor identification technologies may operate when pages load, depending on current site configuration. Browser controls and third-party preference tools may limit some tracking but may not prevent all information collection.

We may introduce additional Website privacy controls as our systems and business activities evolve. Nothing in this section limits rights or choices provided by applicable law.

6. Disclosure of Personal Data

We may disclose relevant Personal Data to:

  • Service providers and business partners supporting Website hosting, information technology, CRM, communications, events, analytics, marketing, advertising, and security;
  • Event organizers or collaborating parties where necessary to fulfill a registration, referral, or other request you have made;
  • Professional advisers, regulators, and public authorities where disclosure is justified or required by applicable law, a legal process, or protection of legitimate rights; and
  • Parties involved in a corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or asset transfer, subject to applicable safeguards.

We do not operate a business of selling customer or prospect mailing lists. Nonetheless, sharing online identifiers or visitor activity with advertising or analytics partners may constitute a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under certain privacy laws even without monetary payment. The applicable classification depends on the information, contracts, configuration, and law. We do not characterize all providers as mere Processors or promise that providers will use information solely on our behalf.

We seek to use appropriate agreements and safeguards for vendors handling Personal Data on our behalf, taking account of the service and associated risks.

7. Marketing Communications and Your Preferences

We may send business communications concerning our products, technologies, resources, events, and services where permitted by applicable law. If you no longer wish to receive promotional emails, you may follow the unsubscribe instructions included in those messages or contact us directly. We may still send responses to your inquiries and other non-promotional communications relevant to an existing business relationship.

Where consent is required for a particular form of marketing, we will seek it through an appropriate mechanism. Opting out of marketing email does not by itself necessarily disable Website analytics or advertising technologies; those activities may require separate controls.

8. Security and Data Minimization

Montana Mixers applies administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect Personal Data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, and misuse, taking into account the nature of the information and relevant risks. These measures may include appropriate access restrictions, authentication controls, system monitoring, personnel practices, and vendor oversight.

We seek to collect and use only the information reasonably needed for identified purposes and to restrict access based on business need. No Website, network, or storage method is entirely free of risk, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information through ordinary Website forms or unprotected email.

9. Data Retention

We retain Personal Data for periods reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, maintain legitimate business records, honor valid preferences, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable obligations. In determining appropriate periods, we consider the nature of the record, whether an inquiry or business relationship remains active, the original collection purpose, technical needs, and any statutory or contractual retention requirements.

As a general business guideline, we aim to review inactive prospect and sales inquiry records after approximately three years without a meaningful business interaction, and to retain customer-related business records for approximately seven years after the relationship or relevant transaction ends, unless a longer or shorter period is warranted. Operational CRM settings and record-specific requirements may differ. Records may be deleted, anonymized, or archived when no longer needed, subject to legal holds, contractual requirements, and other legitimate retention needs. Marketing opt-out information may be retained as needed to honor those preferences.

10. International Processing and Transfers

Montana Mixers is based in the United States. Personal Data may be stored, accessed, or processed in the United States or in other countries where our authorized vendors and business partners operate. Privacy and data protection laws in those jurisdictions may differ from those in your country.

Where applicable rules impose requirements for cross-border transfers, we evaluate relevant arrangements and safeguards in light of the processing activity and service provider involved.

11. Individual Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on the law that applies to you and to the particular Processing, you may have rights to request access to Personal Data, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction of Processing, portability of eligible data, or information about disclosures. You may also have rights to object to certain Processing, opt out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising, withdraw consent where Processing relies on consent, or appeal a decision on a privacy request.

These rights are subject to jurisdiction-specific eligibility rules, exceptions, and verification requirements. We will not unlawfully discriminate against individuals for exercising applicable privacy rights.

To submit a request, email info@montana-mixers.com with sufficient information to describe your request and help us locate the relevant record. Please do not include government identification documents or other sensitive records in an initial unencrypted email. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority and will respond within applicable legal timeframes. Where provided by law, you may request review of our decision or complain to the appropriate supervisory or regulatory authority.

We consider requests in light of the relevant circumstances and applicable law, including any rights available under European, United Kingdom, or United States state privacy laws. Our inclusion of these general privacy practices does not imply that any particular statute applies to every interaction.

12. Children’s Privacy

Our Website and products are intended for business and professional audiences and are not directed toward children under 16. We do not knowingly solicit Personal Data from children under 16 through the Website. If you believe a child has provided such information, please contact us so we can evaluate the circumstances and take appropriate action.

13. Third-Party Websites and Services; Policy Changes

The Website may link to third-party websites or display content supplied by external providers. We do not control all data practices of those independent services. We encourage you to review their privacy notices when interacting with them.

We may revise this Policy to reflect changes in business practices, vendors, Website technologies, legal requirements, or other circumstances. The current version will be posted on this page with its updated effective date, and any additional notice required by applicable law will be provided.
