Process Control

  • Optional vessel pressure control: 5–760 Torr

Safety & Compliance

  • Local and remote emergency stops, hardwired into safety chain
  • Purge interlock prevents energizing until purge complete
  • RTD de-energization when interlock open
  • Automatic safe shutdown when loss-of-purge detected
